Skeletal Lich
Introduced for the Halloween 2008 Quest (and part of unholy group of monsters spilling out of Khaldun), the Skeletal Lich is a powerful spell caster. Using Necromancy, it hits hard and has the ability to Teleport next to it's target. Unique stats are not yet known.
