Bedlam is a dungeon in the facet of Malas that was introduced with the Mondain's Legacy expansion.
Bedlam is accessed by double-clicking the iron maiden in the healer's shop in Umbra, one of the cities in Malas. A quest is needed to gain access.
There is a champion spawn (see Pestilence Champion Spawn) underneath its main level. There is also a Peerless known as the Monstrous Interred Grizzle.
This dungeon is very undead-heavy and is considered extremely dangerous.
