Central Ilshenar is the area in the dead center of the Ilshenar map.
It is accessed through cave entrances located near the Compassion and Honor Shrines.
One of Blackthorn's castle is there, as is the home of the savages, the Gargoyle City, a mysterious shrine, and the Exodus Dungeon, among other interesting locations.
