Irk's brain is dark-grey and looks like a normal brain; it drops randomly. Irk's brain is one of the 6 keys needed to enter Dread Horn's "Peerless Boss" area. When all six pieces (Blighted Cotton, Thorny Briar, Gnaw's Fang, Irk's Brain, Lissith's Silk, And Sabrix's Eye) are collected they each need to be dropped onto the statue located on the altar surrounded by rocks. Like the other pieces, Irk's brain comes with a countdown timer, and after the timer has expired it will disappear.
