Publishes

A publish is a change to a Shard's programming to fix bugs or add content. Publishes may or may not be announced by the development team, depending on the type. A major game update will always be announced (IE: Publish 25). However publishes may also occur invisibly during a shard's maintence to fix exploits and bugs.
