IDOC

IDOC stands for "In Danger Of Collapse" and means a private owned house, which owner has abandoned it.

Before the powers of Sosaria changed the world in a way, that a private owned house will not disintegrate while the owner is still a part of the world, houses needed constant maintenance. The owner or friends to the house had to look after it in regular intervals as every house quickly started falling to bits. So in these times, finding an IDOC was not a rare thing at all. Nowadays almost every private owned building is constantly renewing itself without the upkeep of it's owner. Only when somebody is leaving Sosaria all-together and does not return with a couple of days, his or hers house will start decaying and finally collapse. So finding an IDOC is something less likely now.

The content of such a collapsed building will drop to the ground where the house once stood and is up for grabs for everybody passing by.
