Combine Cloth

An option on the Tailoring menu that converts all same-coloured piles of Cloth in your pack to a single stack, regardless of whether the original piles could be merged. If you wish to merge cloth of different colours, dye them all the same colour.

There is no chance of failing this crafting action regardless of your skill level.
