Their properties are semi-random:

• Charges 50
• Brittle
• Random Regeneration 1 (Random, one of Hit Point, Stamina, or Mana regeneration)
• Lower Mana Cost 6%
• Random, one of: Hit/Defense Chance Increase 5%
• Random, one of: Lower Reagent Cost 10%, Damage Increase 15% or Spell Damage Increase 5%
• Durability 75/75

It can be repaired using Tinker repair deeds.
