The Ethereal Mount Retouching Tool is an 11th year Veteran Reward that allows players to change Ethereal Mounts from transparent to normal. Only players with accounts 132 months or older are able to make use of the Retouching Tool

Use
To use the Retouching Tool, place it and the Ethereal Mount you wish to retouch in your backpack. Double click the Retouching Tool and target the mount. The mount will display the retouch status in it's properties.
Any Ethereal Mount can be retouched, including the Rideable Polar Bear.
