Oracle of the Seas
The Oracle of the Seas is used to find the location of Charybdis, and when used with the monster's bait will draw it to the surface. Both are rewarded by the Professional Fisher Quest at random. The location is only good for one day, and it is reccomended to be prepared for a very rough fight.
