04oct2019 ~ Kirthag: There is a whole lot of contemplation over these fragments and their use in game. Decided to add some of the theories to the article to help with exploration. For my own part - I believe these are permanent content related to the Virtues which may start off adding to the Forsaken Foe story arc and the changes to Dungeon Blackthorn. Alas, I am a soloist in game, so I don't get to bounce ideas off many people's heads. :(
