These birds have nests on the pyramid in Eodon. The pyramid is directly west of the moongate and is also one of the locations in the quest The Zealotry of Zipactriotl. Pick the Foil Sheets from their nests and 2-3 Vicious Macaws will spawn. One of the Macaws will have grabbed the foil before you got the chance to claim it. The foil can be retrieved from the corpse of the Macaw.
