"What properties does Heartwood give on weapons and armor made or enhanced with it?"
UOStuff has an excellent and accurate little chart, but when people ask this questions, they're really asking, "Well, what does "random" really mean?" In this case, it's actually an equal chance to get one of the following properties:

For Armor:

  • Extra Resists (any)
  • Luck
  • Increased Durability
  • Damage Increase
  • Lower Requirements
  • Hit Chance Increase
  • Lower Weight
  • Mage Armor

For Weapons:

  • Luck
  • Increased Durability
  • Lower Requirements
  • Swing Speed Increase
  • Hit Chance Increase
  • Lower Weight
  • Life Leech

For Shields:

  • Dexterity bonus
  • Strength bonus
  • Physical Resist
  • Damage Reflection
  • Self Repair
  • Cold Resist
  • Spell Channeling

So... Lower Weight. An interesting property that you might not have know about, it... reduces how much the item weighs. Which is tremendously useful. Really.

*sigh* Where did I put that list, again?

"KR's crafting interface is really not up to par. What's going to happen with that?"
We have a pretty substantial redesign in the works for the KR crafting UI - it's got some changes that we think y'all will like, including things like a "Mark as quest item" option and "Make x number"/"Make all I can" options, as well as improved layout with less scrolling needed. I don't have an ETA at the moment, but the new design is in testing as I type.

"What are the weapon swing speeds for the various tameables? Are they all different, or all the same? Are their swing speeds affected by stamina bonus or dex bonus?"
Tameables actually use wrestling skill, and the swing speed calculations for them are the same as for humans. That formula is posted here - for your pets, just use 10 ticks (2.5 secs) as the base, and use the individual pet's stamina.

PvP Update!
The PvP notes are up - we'd love for everyone to hop on to TC4 and check out the changes, even if you're not a hardcore PvPer. We will be gathering feedback over the next week via the usual methods, and tweaking as needed. Thanks to everyone who has been participating in the Focus Group - it's been a good experience all around.

"What is the status of the changes to the female paperdoll in KR?"
We're getting closer to getting the new paperdoll in the game - hopefully we'll be able to start integrating the new art over the next few patches. In the meantime, take a look at these new pics!
