Character Transfer Issues

Hello everyone,

As some of you have discovered we are having some issues with Character Transfers.

For the time being we have disabled the Character Transfer Warehouse.

We are working on fixing this issue and as soon as its resolved it will be turned back on.

We should have it back up by tomorrow.
