Horn of Retreat

Used to be handed out to Young characters so they could teleport back to Uzeraan's Mansion in Old Haven. When activated it opened a white moongate, and when it's ten charges were depleted it could be handed to a guard to recharge it.

Older players could not use the moongate nor the horn itself ("Nothing Happens.").
