Nexus Deed is a house add-on that can be obtained by feeding 50 
Punch Cards into the 
Keypunch Reader inside the Exodus Dungeon.
A broken Nexus inside the Exodus Dungeon and a reward Nexus placed inside a house.
Some players reported that the Nexuses when placed would, on occasion, cause monster spawn related to Exodus, though some players stated they never noticed such spawn near their houses.
