Talk:Mana Regeneration

Where does the max intelligence of 168 come from? Are not all stats now capped at 150? And is the intelligence referenced in the formula actually supposed to be mana, or is it strictly intelligence? I ask since intelligence can only be 150 but mana can be over 200 (so 168 still makes no sense to me.)
