The Terathan Cuticle Sac was an event item for the The Awakening - Act VI that could be found as loot items on Terathan Avengers and Terathan Matriarchs. When combined with other needed items for the quest, a cure dosage was in the laboratory at the Fishing Village in Ter Mur. This cure could then be turned in to The Mysterious Healer to assist with saving the infected gargoyles as part of Act VI of the The Awakening scenario.
