Anne the Keeper of the Flame

She can be found on the second floor of the Empath Abby in Yew. In The Darkness quest you must deliver A Book of Ancient Gargish Prophecies to her. She will then present you with the Dark Flame quest. After that you can take on the A Purifying Light quest.
