Honest Beggar is a Quest given by Evan the Beggar he will give you Regina's Ring to Deliver to Regina the Noble. this first step in the Chain.
She will offer you a follow up quest Regina's Letter and start the second Deliver Quest called Regina's Thanks
It is considered a part of the Virtue Quest Series of Quests

- If you attempt to wear the ring that Evan gives you, you will immediately fail the quest
