Look for Lissith's Silk. It looks like regular Spiders' Silk, but it's pinkish red; it spawns randomly. It's needed to start the Dread Horn "Peerless Boss". When all six pieces (Blighted Cotton, Thorny Briar, Gnaw's Fang, Irk's Brain, Lissith's Silk, and Sabrix's Eye) are collected they each need to be dropped onto the statue located on the altar surrounded by rocks.
