The crafting Blacksmiths' fourth selection in the Shield Category is the Metal Shield. It requires a skill of 0 to create and consumes 14 ingots in the process. The Metal Shield may hold its maker's mark and retains the color of the material from which it is made. Crafted versions can have their durability increased, via Powder of Fortifying, to a maximum of 255 and dyed with Pigments of Tokuno.

• While the unequipped image indicates a raised surface, when equipped in the 2D client this shield is smooth.
