A short distance northwest from Vesper and southwest of Minoc lies the Mountains of Avarice. Orginally a great mine stood within the mountains. It is now the dungeon Covetous, a fetid lair. The winding paths that lace between the levels of the dungeon, are inhabited by skeletons.
