A note on the house add-on Mousehole: After place one in my house, I customized the house, and lost the mousehole entirely. Customer Support had no answer for me on this one
Hmm, that's an ouchie when you consider the cost of the things (especially since they can't be obtained any more).
I put my house into customisation mode a couple of days back and a quick check shows that my mousehole is still present... Albeit very hard to see due to it's size!
Are you certain it isn't in your moving crate though? You can access the crate via your house sign if there's at least one item in it.
Incedently, you can sign & date your comments by typing four tildes (~~~~).
