Victoria the Sorceress

Victoria the Sorceress is an NPC quest giver that can be found in the dungeon Doom. She offers The Summoning quest when you open her Context Menu and select "Ask about Chyloth". This quest is needed to cross the ferry to the reach the Doom Gauntlet.
