Xenrr in his quarter inside the Green Goblin Encampment.
Xenrr is a Green Goblin. He can be found in the Green Goblin Encampment north west of the Underworld . He gives the Scraping the Bottom quest in which you need to obtain 1 Mud Puppy to get Xenrr's Fishing Pole.
