The Kasa of the Raj-In is artifact armor categorized as a Tokuno Greater Artifact. While the Treasures of Tokuno event has ended, the Kasa of the Raj-In can still be obtained by redeeming 10 Lesser Tokuno Artifacts with the NPC Ihara Soko the Imperial Minister of Trade who is located in the Rockuon Cultural Center of the City of Zento. It is a highly coveted piece of equipment with a total resistance statistic of 84!. The SDI is nice, too.
