Template:CraftingMenuMasonry is a skill that can only be learned by Grandmaster carpenters, or better. Learning the art of masonry does not cost any skill points, and has no effect on a character's skill cap.
To learn how to craft stone a carpenter must read the book "Making Valuables With Stonecrafting," which can be purchased from Gargoyle NPCs located in the Gargoyle city of Ver Lor Reg in Central Ilshenar. The book costs about 10,000 gold and is destroyed once read by a Grandmaster carpenter.
To create stone items, you need the resource stone and a tool called a "Hammer and Chisel." Stone is obtained by miners. Hammer and Chisels must be purchased from Gargoyle NPCs in Ver Lor Reg. Costing only a few gold pieces each, they wear out, just like pickaxes and shovels.
Notes
- Stone comes in all of the colors of the various metal ores.
