The Ancient Samurai Helm is a helmet that was introduced as a 7th Anniversary gift. It is dedicated to UO's seventh year, September 2003 to September 2004. You used a 7th Anniversary Code to claim one. During the 9th Anniversary, Heritage Tokens were given out which could also be used to claim one.
Lore
Strange items from a strange land are being found. Rumors abound of a new land with new warriors and new ways to wage war. If the rumors are true, Britannia might never be the same. This strange helm was brought back on a trade vessel. Its exotic beauty pales in the face of its durability.
