Built to gaze at the stars and governing moons for magical study, the telescope stands tall and proud on the east end of the island. The easiest path to reach the telescope is through the east gate of the city of Moonglow. Follow the shore and forest east to the telescope.
There you will also find the kings royal astronomer, Selcius. In addition to being a fine supplier of spellbooks and scrolls, Selcius will be happy to engage you in a conversation.
