The Exiler is a named tetsubo Mace Fighting weapon that happens to be a Treasures of Tokuno Lesser Artifact. In addition to the formidable mods, this item could be redeemed, along with 9 other Lesser Artifacts, for a Greater Artifact. The Exiler no longer drops and the market for them has reflected that fact.
