Distillation
Distillation refers to the system to produce distilled liquors. It is introduced with Publish 70.4 and only available through Rustic Theme Pack.
Overview
A 
Distillery is needed to produce alcoholic beverages through distillation. Double-clicking on the Distillery will open a menu where you can select different types and groups of liquors:

Double Distillation is used instead of Standard Distillation to double the ingredients to produce Strong liquors. A Label can also be added to the barrel with a maximum of 15 characters.
When the necessary ingredients and an 
Empty Liquor Barrel is in your backpack, you're ready to Execute the Distillation. Note that there is a chance to fail at the distillation attempt and lose the ingredients. The success chance is based on the Bacterial Resistance of the Yeast, Cooking and Alchemy skills.
The remaining time to mature can be learned by double clicking the barrel. Roughly 48 hours is needed to mature a liquor once it is poured inside the barrel.
