The Monstrous Interred Grizzle Armor Set is a 5 piece armor set that imparts additional properties when the entire set is equipped. It was introduced with several other Item Sets by the Mondain's Legacy expansion. When complete the set changes hue.
Each individual armor piece has the same modifiers. They are considered "rare" and should spawn only from the Monstrous Interred Grizzle itself.
Note that although wearing the complete set will give you some resistance levels above your caps (which are 70 in each type with 75 in energy if you're an Elf), it does not effect the caps themselves. The extra points are of no benefit unless under the effects of Corpse Skin or similar.
