A Sack of Flour is a common ingredient used to make food items with the Cooking skill. It can either be purchased from NPC vendors in towns or made by processing Wheat through a Flour Mill.

It takes four wheat sheaves, commonly picked from fields in western Britain, used with a flour mill to produce one sack of flour.
