BNN: A Bloody Battle
Amelina, town cryer of Britain Jul 1 2000 4:55PM
Many Citizens of Britain gathered at the castle of Lord British, called to protect Britain. A powerful group of Bandits was gathering in a camp North West of Britain. Spies were reporting that the Bandits were planning an attack near the Orc Fort south of Yew. The Bandits were becoming stronger and stronger and they were a real danger for all travelers. It was time to stop them before it was too late.
Elder Belgarion was ordered to gather a group of brave warriors to get rid of the Brigands. The Citizens of Britain called by the Town Cryers met at the Castle of Lord British with Elder Belgarion, to prepare themselves to stop the evil Brigands who were threatening the city. They were ready to fight for Britain and to risk their lives. The last reports from the scouts were saying that there were also some strange movements in the Orc Fort south of Yew but no one knew what was going to happen.
The good Warriors traveled to the Brigand fort, surprising the Brigands still in camp. The Brigands were strong, but it was clear that the Britain warriors were better trained. The battle seemed to be decided when the rearguard was attacked by Orcs. It was a surprise attack. The Britain warriors tried to change their formation and stop the Orcs, but they were facing an entire Orc Army. Many were wounded, some warriors were killed, but they had to stop the advancement of the Orc Army. It was a long battle, but in the end the well-trained warriors were able to win. A true example of heroism, the warriors fought to ensure the safety of the townships nearby, and they are owed our greatest thanks.
