Drelgor the Impaler's Suit is an unofficial set - that is to say, a collection of items which obviously should be put together but grant nothing other then bragging rights should you accomplish it.
Each piece of Drelgor's suit are not named and appear to be regular bone armor, but have unique stats not seen elsewhere in the game. When the entire suit is worn, the suit grants the wearer Nightsight, a small boost in Stats as well as Hit Point Regeneration and Mana Regeneration.
