From the Valor moongate head South East, through the Valor Forest. Before crossing the Pormir Felwis River, you will find a small valley. There are a few tents, and a campfire with a kettle of bubbling stew. Do not tarry, for nothing healthy abides here. Close by is a very dangerous Lich Lord.
