The Bone Daemon is the final boss that appears upon completion of The Summoning quest in Doom. Once you have turned in the required amount of Daemon Bone to Victoria the Sorceress, she will summon him along with several of his Patchwork Skeleton minions.
Defeating him will earn the summoner a Golden Skull, which is used to bribe Chyloth the Ferryman to take players to the Doom Gauntlet.
